  1. Copyright Notices - These sites cannot be duplicated and resold. You own one single licensed copy of each website you download! Therefore, should you decide to eventually sell your Adsense Systems sites, you may sell your one single copy. Please be sure that the copyright notice stays intact.
  2. Membership - Memberships must not be shared! We track IP addresses for each login. Please be advised if your account is accessed from multiple IP addresses, you will be flagged in our system. Do not share accounts! Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited!
  3. Alterations to your website - You may make alterations to your website, edit the code, and change the appearance of the site. This still does not allow you to resell the scripts! Doing so would be a violation of terms.
  4. Click Fraud - Google tracks your IP address! Do not make the mistake of clicking on your own ads and having your account deleted. We want to stay on Google's good side!
  5. Release of liability - By continuing to use the system, you agree that Adsense Systems, Law Marketing Systems, or Matt Law will have no liability in regards to your earnings or any loss that may result from the use of Adsense Systems. You agree to use the systems, advice, websites and technology at your own risk!
  6. Changes in technology - Adsense Systems creates working websites. Due to the frequent changes in technology and the mass number of websites and scripts that will be created. We cannot guarantee that all scripts will continue to work. Adsense systems will make every attempt to repair or build a work-a-round for any website, design, or technology that stops functioning. However, we do not guarantee that every website will continue to work infinitely. This is due to the changes in HTML, PHP, and internet browsers.
  7. Hosting - As a member of Adsense Systems, you are entitled to FREE HOSTING. You are welcome to host with us, or set up your own hosting service. You are not permitted to host pornographic, gambling or pharmacy related websites that offer drugs for sale. We reserve the right to delete any website for any reason without warning that violates these terms or is questionable.
  8. Training - The training videos and audio may not be resold under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this policy is an infringement of national and international copy right laws.
